Salary & Progression:
- £30,000 basic salary
- 1st year OTE: £40,000
- 2nd year OTE: £70,000
- Unlimited earning potential (consultants in year 3 have earned £200k+)

The Role
Our Graduate Recruitment role – known internally as Research Associate (RA) – is designed to fast-track your career in headhunting. Through a mix of structured training and one-to-one mentoring, you’ll quickly gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
As you develop you’ll:
- work directly with clients and candidates every day
- research the technology sector to stay ahead of trends
- build strong networks and help drive the business forward
This isn’t your average recruitment job, so we encourage people who haven’t necessarily considered this sector before to apply. All you need is positive attitude, the drive and ability to learn and a hunger for a prosperous career.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research through interviews, calls, and references
- Identify top performers and talent pools across the industry
- Map markets and analyse competitors
- Meet and brief candidates on client opportunities
- Build and nurture client relationships (full-360 recruitment exposure)
- Develop a deep understanding of your market and sector

- Motivated, ambitious and results-driven approach, with the confidence to thrive in a target-driven environment
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with people
- Ideally, degree-educated (or with equivalent experience), coupled with a track record of achievement in any area (academic, professional, sports, extracurricular, or personal)
- Curious, eager to learn and motivated by personal growth and success
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and stay focused under pressure
- Commercially aware, with an interest in how businesses and markets work
