Now looking to hire exceptional C++ engineers to join the platform group responsible for building and operating the systems that underpin the entire trading stack.
This hands-on role offers full ownership of the systems you design – from architectural choices through delivery to production support – spanning real-time risk controls, reference data, trade-lifecycle infrastructure and trading-integrity systems. As such, this will involve working closely with cross-functional teams in order to understand business problems and translate them into pragmatic technical solutions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ professional experience in developing production-grade systems
- Outstanding C++ programming skills
- Strong understanding of CompSci fundamentals: operating systems, data structures, algorithms & networking
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix and knowledge of one or more scripting languages, e.g. Python
- Full SDLC experience: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment & ongoing operation
- Solid track record of developing & shipping solutions for challenging technical problems
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of distributed systems patterns, observability tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building real-time, low-latency or high-throughput systems
- Familiarity with relational databases or modern data stacks
