They are the most successful Futures trading firm but cross-asset. Made up of smaller trading pods that have full autonomy over what they trade. They are an HFT, but not a major speed player; they use speed to maximise without being reliant on it, but can turn it up when needed. They have the best networking infrastructure globally to get data around the world.
Role:
In this role, you’ll sit within their most successful trading team of 45 people based in London (230 globally – trading everything, everywhere). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where your contributions directly impact trading success.
As a Quantitative Developer, you will work on a core team of technologists building and improving the platforms that drive the trading team. You’ll work closely with quantitative researchers on the team to create new research infrastructure.
Key Attributes:
- Experience working with Python on large distributed systems
- Experience working on a Linux platform
- Proven success working with large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of projects and responsibilities
- Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
