Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic blockchain venture studio, backed by some of the most successful and reputable operators in tradfi and crypto markets. They’re developing and launching cutting-edge blockchain products and businesses, and are currently seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial technical leader to be their CTO.
A pivotal role where your primary focus will be providing technical leadership and direction for the development of blockchain-based projects. This will involve mentoring and managing a team of developers, sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience, scoping and building new products.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping and driving the technological vision and technical development. You’ll be expected to have a deep-rooted passion for blockchain technology and a solid background in engineering and crypto trading.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in blockchain technology, having navigated at least 1-2 bear markets in the crypto industry
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, able to manage geographically distributed teams
- Experience in start-up environments or early-stage business development
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels of seniority
- A degree (advanced preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Desirable:
- Knowledge of financial markets is highly advantageous
- Ability to implement cultural and operational transformations within the team, particularly in an international context
